Do you support futures, forex, crypto and stocks?+
Yes. Create Impacts ships with ready-made setups for forex, futures (ES, NQ, CL, GC…), crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL…), and indices like NAS100 and US30, across swing, day and scalping styles. You can also add any custom symbol, so single-stock traders can journal there too. Pick a style during setup and we pre-fill your pairs, concepts and screenshot timeframes — everything stays editable.
Which languages is Create Impacts available in?+
The app is fully translated into English, Dutch, French and German. You can switch language any time from the in-app language selector.
How many trading accounts can I track?+
Free includes 1 trading account, Pro lets you track up to 5 accounts, and Elite is unlimited. Each account keeps its own balance, trades and stats.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?+
The Free plan is free forever, no credit card needed, with up to 20 trades and 1 trading account so you can try the full workflow. Every paid plan (Pro and Elite) starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime.
How much does Create Impacts cost?+
Free is €0 forever. Pro is built for the active trader (unlimited trades, up to 5 accounts, advanced analytics, custom trading plans with PDF upload, backtesting, weekly review tools). Can I import my existing trades?+
Trades are added manually today. That's intentional: typing each trade in forces you to slow down, label the setup and emotion, and actually review what happened.
How do I sign in?+
You can sign in with Google in one click, or create an account with email and password. Both options give you the same access.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes. Create Impacts is a fully responsive web app that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. No download or native app required.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?+
Your data is hosted in the EU and only ever accessed by you. We never sell or share your trades. You can export or delete everything at any time.
