Switching from Tradezella to Create Impacts (2026 guide)
A practical 10-minute migration guide. Skip the broker re-import. Bring only the last 20 trades and rebuild the habit that actually moves your P&L.

If you've used Tradezella for a while and your numbers haven't moved, the problem usually isn't your analytics. It's the gap between knowing what you should do and actually doing it on Monday morning. Create Impacts is built around that gap. This guide shows you how to move over in about 10 minutes, without re-importing years of history.
The short version
You don't need to migrate your full Tradezella history. The whole point of switching is to start a habit, not to recreate a spreadsheet. Bring your last 20 trades by hand. That's enough to get a real Discipline Score, a first weekly review, and to see whether the workflow sticks. The free plan covers exactly that, no card needed.

If your edge depends on trade replay or instant broker imports of thousands of trades, Tradezella stays the better tool. If your edge depends on actually journaling every week, keep reading.
The 10-minute migration
Step 1: Create your free account (1 min)
Sign up with Google or email at createimpacts.eu. No credit card. The free plan gives you 20 trades, 1 trading account, the dashboard, the calendar, and the in-app trading plan.
Step 2: Set up your first trading account (1 min)
Add the account you trade most. Pick a style preset (forex, futures, crypto, indices) so your pairs, concepts and screenshot timeframes are pre-filled. Everything stays editable.
Step 3: Write your plan in the app (3 min)
Use the built-in plan builder. Keep it short: setup criteria, max risk per trade, max trades per day, no-go conditions. This is what the Discipline Score grades you against. On Pro you can upload your existing plan PDF and the AI will parse the rules.
Step 4: Re-enter your last 20 trades (5 min)
Open Tradezella in another tab. Copy your last 20 trades into Create Impacts by hand. Yes, by hand. The point is to feel the required fields: setup, blueprint, entry reason, stop, risk. You can't save an impulsive trade. That single constraint is most of the value.
Step 5: Run your first weekly review (next Sunday)
Same template every week. Same uncomfortable questions when you're up 6% and when you're down 6%. This is where the discipline compounds.
What about my history?
Honest answer: leave it on Tradezella. You can keep your Tradezella account open as a read-only archive while Create Impacts becomes your live journal. After 8 to 12 weeks of consistent logging on Create Impacts, your new sample is more useful than the old one anyway, because every trade in it has setup, plan-adherence and emotion data attached.
Broker imports are on the roadmap, so you'll be able to pull recent trades automatically later. The migration above is designed to work without them.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free, no card?
Yes. Free forever, up to 20 trades, 1 trading account, no credit card at any point. If you want to test Pro (unlimited trades, custom plan with PDF upload, advanced analytics), there's a separate 14-day Pro trial, also without a card.
Will my Tradezella subscription auto-renew?
That's between you and Tradezella. Set yourself a reminder to cancel before your next renewal once you've decided to stay on Create Impacts.
Can I run both for a while?
That's actually the recommended approach for the first month. Log every trade in Create Impacts (it's the new habit you're building) and keep Tradezella open if you want replay on a specific trade. After a month you'll know which one you actually open on Sunday.
What about Tradervue or Edgewonk?
Same logic. The migration steps don't depend on which journal you're leaving. If you want a deeper feature-by-feature view, read Create Impacts vs Tradervue vs Tradezella.
Ready to try the habit-first version? Start free forever, no card. 20 trades, the full Discipline Score, the weekly review template. Enough to see whether the workflow actually changes your numbers, before you pay anything.
