We want you to be happy with Create Impacts. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or first paid renewal. No questions asked.
Both the Essential and Pro plans come with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so no refund is needed if you cancel before it ends.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Terms of Service for details.
