These Terms govern your use of the Create Impacts trading journal service (the "Service"), provided by Create Impacts, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE0799405506, with its registered address at Rommeldonkstraat 17, 9940 Evergem, Belgium ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Create Impacts is a software-as-a-service trading journal that lets you log, review, and analyse your trading activity. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any data, charts, or analytics shown are for informational purposes only and decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country and, if you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The Service is offered on Essential and Pro subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly, with an optional 14-day free trial. Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The full payment terms are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of the trading data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost trading opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
